Concern) Tinnitus and itching

My ear itches, so I keep putting my hand in.

After poking with a cotton swab, I experience tinnitus in my ear.

I went to the ENT clinic and received ear drops, but that was the only time.

I know I shouldn't use cotton swabs, but I keep feeling itchy...

Does anyone know a good method?

1. My ear is itchy.
2. Using a cotton swab causes tinnitus.
