Simple method for tinnitus treatment

About two years ago, I remember feeling dizzy upon waking up in the morning and just collapsing completely.

I wondered what this was for a moment, lying down and feeling dizzy, just searching... I realized it was benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Tinnitus and BPPV seem to be related concepts. I thought tinnitus was just a strange sound heard in the ear, but anyway, I found a simple self-treatment method on YouTube. After trying it 3-4 times, I got better immediately. After some time, the same symptoms occurred again. I used the same method (lying down, turning my head to the left for 30 seconds, looking at the sky for 30 seconds, then turning my head to the right for 30 seconds repeatedly), and I recovered again.

It wasn't as serious as I thought, so it was easily treated, and anyway, I haven't experienced any more episodes of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo since then.

Is it true that this also occurs when you are stressed or anxious? I was relieved because I was able to briefly overcome my fear of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

    저도 주변에 이명과 이석증 앓는 분들 있어서 건너서 들어 알긴하는데 직접 경험한건 아니라 잘 모르겠네요. 그래도 간단한 방법으로 해결되셨다니 다행이네요!
