I am consistently doing nasal irrigation (hacks)

I have rhinitis. Maybe that's why, and my child does too.

When I was little, I caught a cold almost every day and went to the ENT clinic.

The last time I went, since I visited so often, the doctor recommended nasal irrigation.

Since the child is now an elementary school student, I cautiously recommend it.

For very young children, in case of mistakes,

Because the cleaning solution entered the ear and caused otitis media,

Trying to catch fleas will only burn down the thatched cottage.

They didn't recommend it.

 

Anyway, after receiving a recommendation,

I bought a cleaning kit for children and used it consistently.

The number of times I go to the hospital has really decreased.

Maybe the child's immune system has improved because they've grown up.

 

During seasons with high levels of fine dust or pollen like these days,

Gently recommend nasal irrigation spray with care ^^

Be careful, or you might get otitis media!!
