COVID-19 Battle Story

I started coughing a few days ago.

I did. It seems like there are no other symptoms at all.

It felt like all I could do was cough.

 

My mom kept telling me not to go to the hospital, but there wasn't a hospital near the company either, and

I couldn't go to the hospital after work because of various other commitments.

 

Then, on Friday, the symptoms worsened.

I have body aches and flu-like symptoms, along with a slight fever.

It seemed like it was going up.

The coughing continued.

 

I had no choice but to visit an ENT clinic near the dinner gathering place.

The hospital told me to get tested.

A COVID test... huh? I came here with a fever, so why a COVID test? I was a little puzzled.

 

But the test results... it really was COVID.

Gasp! I was so flustered.

 

I mean, how can you catch COVID? You're saying right now that COVID is just like the common cold.

You did that, but it was still a bit of a shock.

 

Battling COVID-19..

I took medicine yesterday and my body aches improved,

My cough has also improved a lot.

 

When I had COVID before, I was in so much pain that I couldn't even move, but this time it seems to be going smoothly.

It's such a relief.

 

I'm worried that COVID-19 might spread to my mom, whose immune system has weakened.

It seems like my COVID symptoms are improving after taking the medicine.

I'm glad it seems to be getting better.
