I get nosebleeds every now and then, but they always only happen on my right side. It happens when I wash my face, or when I wipe my nose with a tissue. Even the slightest brushing of the nose causes it to come out. It doesn't come out much, just a little bit and then stops. Why does it only happen on one side? Could it be because the mucous membrane is weakened?

코 한쪽이 혈관있는부분이 약하면 그럴수있더라고하더라고요 코속 건조하지않게 관리하는것도 중요해요

특히 겨울이면 건조해서 코점막이 작은 자극에도 출혈이 쉽게 일어날수 있어요. 아마 한쪽이 더 건조해서 그럴수 있구요. 가습기 사용해서 실내습도 40-60프로는 꼭 맞춰주세요. 훨씬 코피 덜 날겁니다.

한쪽 비중격 점막이 약해지거나 혈관이 노출되었을 가능성이 높아요. 실내 습도를 조절해 보시고 증상이 계속되면 이비인후과에서 지혈 처치를 받아보세요.
