Non-invasive reduction of nasal fractures with packing

I had a non-invasive reduction of a nasal fracture today.

It was performed only under local anesthesia

Looking at other people's reviews, they say they fill it with cotton.

I was told that I had the packing done and that I could breathe better and that it would be removed the next day, so I'm anxious, but I didn't receive proper instructions at the hospital.

I wonder if it's actually done like thisㅠㅠ
