요새 날씨가 오락가락해서 더 그런거같더라구요 조심해야겠어요
I've been suffering from chills in this incredibly cold weather.
On Friday, I developed a fever and chills, possibly due to a lack of heating.
Fortunately, there was a hospital nearby that opened on Fridays, so I was able to get an injection and take some medicine after the examination.
I got better sooner than I thought, but just in case, I ate porridge, warm food, and stayed warm until the weekend.
It was quite cold on Friday. The temperature dropped below zero, almost to below 10 degrees, and the wind made it feel incredibly cold.
The office wasn't terribly cold, but it wasn't warm either, so it felt quite chilly and dreary.
I thought I was holding out well by drinking warm water, but I guess I wasn't.
After returning home, my body started to feel heavy and I started to have a fever.
After dinner, I had a hard time because I had chills.
The temperature in the house wasn't extremely hot, but it wasn't even that cold, so I had a hard time because of the chills.
Even though I wore more clothes and covered myself with a thick blanket, I still felt chilly and trembled, perhaps due to the chills.
It was as if the heating wasn't working. I barely managed to get some sleep and went straight to the hospital as soon as the sun rose on the weekend.
I always hear that I have a mild cold, but I received reassuring treatment.
I was advised that since I have chills, it would be a good idea to get injections as well. I'm not a huge fan of injections, but if I want to get rid of the chills quickly, it would be a good idea.
After taking medication along with the injections, I felt much better within a day. My fever seemed to have gone down, and the chills that had been weighing me down seemed to have disappeared.
I felt better in a day, but I still took care of myself a little more until Sunday.
I calmed my stomach with some porridge, took some medicine, and drank warm water to relieve my fever and chills.
The temperature continues to change, so please take care of your health.
