기후 알레르기는 처음 들어보는데 전 알레르기성 비염이 심해서 뭔가 증상이 비슷하네요. 일단 여행지에 갈때 알레르기약 무조건 챙겨서 가고 마스크만 잘쓰고 다녀도 기침 콧물은 확연히 줄어들더라구요 그리고 출장지에서도 습도 맞출수 있으면 가습기로 습도 맞춰주세요

I have a bit of an unusual allergy that is bothering me.
This is called "climate allergy." Even if you're fine where you normally live, moving to a different area inevitably throws your body into chaos.
As soon as I arrive in a foreign country, I start sneezing nonstop, my nose runs, and my eyes start itching, so what should be a fun trip or important business trip becomes a struggle.
My body seems to sense and react to even the slightest change in air, temperature, or humidity like a ghost. Some people say a change in environment can lift their spirits.
I'm really stressed out because I have to deal with everything from sneezing to a flurry of problems. I'm wondering if this is simply a constitutional issue or if there's a specific treatment.
Are there any of you who, like me, are particularly sensitive to environmental changes? It seems like taking medication all the time has its limits. Could you please advise on any lifestyle changes or ways to improve your immune system?

기후 알레르기라는 말이 있군요. 그렇다고 다른지역에 안 갈 수도 없고 병원에서 상담을 받아 보시면 좋겠어요. 약으로는 한계가 있을텐데 고민이네요.

알레르기가 체질 에 따라 보통 다르긴 하지만요 이거는 어떻게 봐야 될까요 공기 알레르기라고 해야 될까요 여러 가지 원인이 있을 수 있을 것 같은데요 이런 건 굉장히 힘드실 것 같습니다 딱히 치료법이 있을지도 모르겠네요 마스크를 좀 쓰면 도움이 되실지 모르겠습니다 그런데 정말로 공개 때문이나 그런 거라면 뭐라고 말씀을 드려야 될지 모르겠네요 물 같은 것도 좀 조심해 보시면 좋을 거 같고요

온도나 습도변화가 심할 경우 저는 콧물만 주루룩 나오고 있어요 재채기에 다른 증상도 같이 있으시니 힘들거 같아요 마스크를 착용하셔서 찬바람을 바로 쐬지 않는게 좋겠네요 항히스타민제나 코 스프레이를 처방받아 뒀다가 증상 심할때 사용해보시는 것도 좋겠네요
