A review of an ENT consultation and prescription for cold treatment
I recently visited an ENT clinic for cold treatment. I took some cold medication and am feeling much better now. I'd like to share my experience and the process I went through. I'm sure there are a lot of cold patients these days, so I hope this will be helpful to anyone struggling with a cold.
I've had weak bronchial tubes since I was young, so when I catch a cold, I often experience symptoms in my nose and throat. That's why treating colds is unusual and difficult. I've been to several hospitals. I've been to internal medicine, family medicine, and otolaryngology. Fortunately, I've found the right ENT clinic now. If you suspect you have symptoms, it's best to visit a hospital as soon as possible for cold treatment and take medication to prevent it from getting worse. While a strong immune system is said to help with colds, boosting immunity isn't easy. Therefore, taking medication appropriately and quickly and maintaining good physical condition is the best way to treat a cold. Still, I'm incredibly envious of those with strong immune systems. I'm also focusing on maintaining my immune system to help with colds. While eating well, resting, and sleeping well are daily routines, they can be quite challenging. In the winter, the cold weather persists, so I try to drink warm water frequently. Eating warm foods helps keep the body warm, which I believe will also help with cold treatment. Dressing warmly and wearing a mask can be a huge help in preventing colds. I also think carrying a hot pack with you to keep yourself warm can help treat colds.
