I've suffered greatly from chronic mouth ulcers since childhood. After countless trials, I finally found an effective treatment method that worked for me. I'd like to share my experience with you. I've always been very health-conscious. I eat organically, exercise regularly, and pay close attention to the little signals my body sends me. After a few weeks of consistent effort, I experienced truly remarkable changes. The frequency of new canker sores significantly decreased, and when they did appear, they healed much more quickly. I realized that the most powerful way to treat canker sores wasn't to rely on specific products or treatments, but to communicate with my body through lifestyle changes. Now, even when my condition is slightly unstable, I can proactively recognize that I need to rest.
