Treating allergic rhinitis with health functional foods and good foods
A few years ago, I developed allergic rhinitis. I experienced severe runny nose and sneezing, so I visited the hospital several times, but it only improved temporarily, and I suffered a lot. Therefore, I consistently took health supplements and ate foods that help with allergic rhinitis to treat it.
First, I took the health functional food product, Yeongnong Allegare Drae, which helps in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. This product is recognized as a functional health supplement that aids in immune hypersensitivity reactions, and I started taking it because of its good reviews. It contains Drae extract along with NorthRiliv probiotics, which are patented ingredients verified in Taiwan, the United States, and China, and are gaining attention as components that can help treat allergic rhinitis. After taking this, my sneezing and runny nose improved, which was good.
Secondly, I took Vital Lab Premium Propolis, a health supplement that helps with allergy rhinitis treatment. The flavonoids contained in it are antioxidants that are said to boost immunity and be effective against stomatitis and rhinitis, so I started taking it. While taking Vital Lab Premium Propolis, I was satisfied because it helped treat my allergy rhinitis and improved my immunity.
Third, I made efforts to treat allergic rhinitis by rinsing my nose with saline solution in the morning and evening, and I consistently consumed foods such as ginger, garlic, and onions, which are said to be beneficial for allergic rhinitis. Garlic, being an excellent food for boosting immunity, was soaked in honey and chewed like red ginseng slices. Onions contain quercetin, which has antihistamine effects and helps alleviate rhinitis symptoms, so I ate raw or roasted onions. Ginger helps with anti-inflammatory effects and relieves nasal congestion, so I sliced ginger thinly and drank it as warm ginger tea.
These days, many people seem to be suffering from sudden allergic rhinitis. Hospital treatment is good, but I believe it is more important to find the right method for oneself and treat it well, even if it takes time.
