Sharing the cause of my chronic dizziness.

Dizziness is a condition that can be caused by various factors and is one of the common discomforts experienced in daily life. In my case, I often suffer from dizziness caused by orthostatic hypotension. I would like to share the causes and preventive measures for this type of dizziness.

One of the causes of dizziness is a problem occurring in the inner ear of our ear. The inner ear plays an important role in maintaining balance, and if there is an abnormality in this area, it can cause dizziness.

Sharing the cause of my chronic dizziness.

For example, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), labyrinthitis, and Meniere's disease can be causes. These conditions make it difficult to maintain balance due to dysfunction of the inner ear, leading to dizziness.

Another cause of dizziness can be blood circulation problems. Low blood pressure or anemia can reduce blood flow to the brain, leading to dizziness.

In particular, I experienced dizziness when suddenly standing up or changing posture abruptly, and I also suffered from the same symptoms. Visiting the hospital was really difficult for me.

Psychological factors can also be one of the causes of dizziness. Extreme anxiety or stress can affect the body's sense of balance and induce dizziness. Additionally, side effects from medications or excessive alcohol consumption can also cause dizziness. In particular, alcohol affects the nervous system and can lead to dizziness, and certain medications may have side effects that cause dizziness, so individual caution is necessary.

Finally, neurological disorders can be a cause of dizziness. Neurological conditions such as stroke or Parkinson's disease may present with dizziness. When there is an abnormality in brain and nerve function, it can impair the ability to maintain proper balance, leading to dizziness. Additionally, various causes of dizziness can act in combination, so if dizziness persists or worsens, it is important to visit a hospital for consultation and examination.

 

Preventive methods include regular health check-ups to detect blood circulation issues or inner ear diseases early, and managing stress effectively. Additionally, getting enough sleep and hydration, and engaging in regular exercise help prevent dizziness. It is especially effective to avoid sudden movements and abrupt posture changes, as well as to limit excessive alcohol and drug intake.

I hope that the causes and prevention methods for these dizziness symptoms will be somewhat helpful in dealing with dizziness in everyday life. I will end the article here.

    갑작스럽게 일어설 때나 자세를 급격히 바꿀 때 어지럼증이 느껴지셨다면 약한 기립성 저혈압일 수도 있겠네요. 아니면 달팽이관에 문제가 있는 분들이 어지럼증을 느끼시는 분들도 계시더라구요. 병원에서 검사 받고 치료 받아서 나아지신건가요? 어지럼증이 오면 속도 안 좋아지고 참 힘들던데 건강 관리 잘 하셔서 어지럼증이 해소 되시길 바랄게요.
