Question about the timing of children's orthodontic treatment~

It's not an excessive overbite, but one of my second molars on one side has grown like an extra tooth.

I am still in the second grade of elementary school, and when I asked the dentist once, they said that the child's face is small and the jaw joint has not fully developed yet, or sometimes it grows while the joint finds its proper place.

First, it was a little like that, but when I saw it again, it was back in its place. The posts that are viewed through searches are the ones that need to be corrected as soon as possible.

Wisdom teeth are teeth that deviate from the normal tooth shape, so it is better to address them through dental treatment in terms of functionality. When the jaw is small or the teeth are large, there is not enough space for the teeth to emerge properly, causing them to grow in other positions, which is known as impacted teeth.

Excessive overlapping teeth are not only aesthetically unpleasing but also detrimental to dental health, so I recommend orthodontic treatment to push and realign them into their original proper position.

At what age do children usually start orthodontic treatment?

I wonder if I just need to wait... Since each dentist says different things, I want to hear from those with experience.

진짜 치과마다 말이 다 달라서 헷갈려요
성장기 지나서 하라는 말도 있고 초등때도 괜찮다는 말도 있구요
