Post-orthodontic care is important after braces treatment.

I thought I was paying a lot with my salary in my late twenties.

 

I was too lazy to manage properly ㅜㅜ

 

I did it because I didn't want to see my front teeth gap.

Just collecting without extraction.

I only wore the braces for a year.

You are told to use a mouthpiece afterward.

I found it uncomfortable during the day, so I switched to wearing it inside.

Life was so easy... 😢

Since when, the gap between the attached and unattached areas has been opening up...ㅜㅜ

 

Even that, the orthodontic appliance broke.

My front teeth are starting to slightly gap. It's been almost 20 years since I got braces.

Sigh... really...

You must have been diligently wearing the mouthpiece initially.

I thought it was over once I took off the braces.
