White cavity during orthodontic treatment

I never thought something like this would happen before the correction.

Areas with uneven surfaces are not being properly cleaned during brushing.

A little by little, white cavities are forming on my upper teeth. ㅜ

I really regret getting orthodontic treatment because of this.

Are there no other treatment options besides resin or laminate?
