When I was young, after orthodontic treatment, I would have all the prosthetic devices removed after a certain period of time.
As a result, there are also cases where the teeth shift back later on.
But these days, it seems like they insert the prosthetic behind the scenes and maintain it for a lifetime.
I'm wondering whether this progresses in this way according to this state or if we are maintaining it this way to prevent potential issues that may arise later.
And if you are wearing a prosthetic device at the back, it seems like eating and other activities might be cumbersome. Are there any major difficulties?
I'm also curious whether I need to regularly visit the dentist to tighten this orthodontic device and perform such procedures.

조현숙이뒷쪽 보철물은 평생 붙히시고 생활하셔야되고 혹여나 끊어지면 바로 치과가서 다시 붙혀야됩니다~ 보철물 뗀후에도 잘때 끼고 자는 보철물을 교정한 기간만큼은 끼라고 하시더라고요 안그럼 틀어질수도있다고.. 딸래미는 3년됐는데 잘때 끼다 안끼다 하고 있어요
정정우유지장치는 평생한다고 보시면되는데 크게 불편하다고 못끼고있어요.
..💕한밧드저희딸도 거의 20년은 했고 중간중간 스켈링도 해주시고 합니다 보철제거후 교정기만했다가 지금은 교정기를 안해도 불편하지않다지만 혹 벌어지고할까봐 지속적으로 자기전 하려고 합니다 근데 평생 착옹은 하는거같아요
깽별치과마다 다른거 같아요 평생하는곳도 2년지나면 아예 빼는곳도요 전 2년 채우고 교정기 다 빼고 10년차입니다
