Treatment of insomnia through nutritional supplement intake and lifestyle habit improvements

Recently, I developed insomnia due to excessive stress and ongoing tension. As the number of days with poor sleep increased, I was unable to carry out my daily activities properly. Therefore, I consistently took supplements containing melatonin and improved my lifestyle habits to enhance sleep quality, thereby treating my insomnia.

Firstly, I consistently took dietary supplements containing melatonin to treat insomnia. As we age, melatonin decreases and becomes difficult to produce in large amounts, making insomnia more likely. Therefore, I chose Good Night Plus, which contains plant-based melatonin and is popular among people. This product is made from ingredients derived from only 1 kg of tart cherry, which yields 5,000 kg of extract, making it even better. Additionally, with a high melatonin content of 2.578 mg per capsule, I believe it was effective in treating insomnia. I also want to recommend Dr. Lin's plant-based Melatonin Melabine, which was effective without causing any adverse symptoms.

Secondly, to treat insomnia caused by ongoing tension and excessive stress, I practiced meditation and yoga. Thanks to the time spent focusing solely on myself without any thoughts, my tension gradually eased, which helped in alleviating my insomnia. Additionally, to prevent stress from human relationships, I avoided meeting anyone for a while and made efforts to treat my insomnia.

Third, irregular daily routines and inconsistent sleep rhythms can cause insomnia, so I made efforts to prevent disruption of the biological clock to treat insomnia. Naps were kept to about 30 minutes, and bedtime was consistently around 11 o'clock.

Fourth, I usually worked on my bed or looked at my phone, but since blue light interferes with melatonin production, I kept electronic devices far away from the bed and turned off phone notifications to treat my insomnia.

When insomnia occurs, it becomes difficult to carry out daily activities, so I plan to continue taking these supplements and maintaining basic sleep quality improvement habits.
