I introduce my method to solve dyslexia.
First, I will summarize two methods.
Eat a lot of nuts ❤️
❤️ Improving reading skills by reading my favorite books
--------------------------------
I have been experiencing dyslexia gradually for some time.
I often had trouble understanding what I was reading and couldn't comprehend what others were saying.
So, after doing a self-assessment, I suspected symptoms of dyslexia.
Even as adults, many people seem to experience this symptom more often than they realize.
So, I will introduce my two methods that I have organized after trying various treatments and receiving advice from people around me.
Dyslexia requires consistent self-management.
The two methods for self-care are!!
Eat a lot of nuts ❤️
Nuts are said to greatly help enhance brain activity.
So, it is recommended to eat foods that contain nuts when you have a meal.
Since dyslexia is closely related to brain activity, I recommend foods that enhance brain function.
I helped enhance my activity levels by consuming a lot of foods like nuts as part of my diet.
❤️ Increasing interest through reading, which I love!!
Since dyslexia is related to reading ability, it is important to read many books.
However, many people are afraid of reading books.
These days, I understand that it has become difficult to read books because people are getting used to smartphones and short video media.
But let's start by reading the books I like, little by little.
I like travel books, so I am reading a lot of travel books.
All kinds of books are said to be helpful in solving dyslexia.
Let's calmly improve our reading skills by reading the books I like, and gradually work towards overcoming dyslexia.
It may not be resolved immediately, but if I keep trying, my dyslexia will be overcome and my reading skills will improve.
Dyslexia is more common than you might think, but with consistent effort, it eventually improves.
Since I consistently take care of myself, I can notice that I am gradually improving little by little.
So, if there is anyone with dyslexia, please do not give up and make sure to try hard so that we can overcome dyslexia together.
