정말 공감이 되요. 저도 휴직할때는 아침에 눈떠서 앱테크 시작해서 새벽까지 했었어요. 줄어야지 했는데 그게 쉽지가 않더라구요 이제 복직해서 아침 6시에 일어나야하는데 본업이 있다보니.. 자연스레 많이 줄였어요 퇴근하면 또 앱테크 하기는 하지만.. 시간을 딱 정해서 11시전에는 무조건 잠자리에 들고.. 놓치거나 못하는건 어쩔수없다고 생각하니 편해지더라구요.. 그러다보니 덜하고 못하고 놓치는게 아주 많아졌는데.. 본업이 먼저라 회사에서 또 피곤한것보다 낫다 싶어서 지금 유지하고 있어요 본업 위주로 생활하시는게 제일 좋은것 같구요.. 앱테크도 중요하지만 소소한 범위내에서 하는게 좋은것 같아요 응원합니다~

Why is that? The reason??

I walk a ten-thousand-step challenge while solving quizzes, looking at my phone~ I look at the sky, take pictures of meals, and do supplements, water, home workouts, etc.... Each of these becomes a challenge topic, so I follow diligently. Let's do it~~
