Hello
Today, I would like to talk about orthostatic hypotension.
My body is quite healthy.
I was in good health, eating well and without any unusual illnesses.
However, one day, while I was living as an adult, I suddenly experienced dizziness when I stood up.
At first, I felt nothing unusual, but eventually, it happened.
I fainted.. immediately..
I fainted due to orthostatic hypotension.
If I had done it wrong, I would have hit my head hard on a solid place and been in danger, but I survived.
They said it's orthostatic hypotension.
Orthostatic hypotension can be fully overcome.
Of course, I could get some help with thinning, but I didn't want to rely on medication, so I looked into ways to prevent orthostatic hypotension.
So, I will introduce two methods that have proven effective.
The first method is to eat salty food.
Many people think that eating saltier than expected is always bad for health.
I felt the same way.
However, consuming an appropriate amount of salt greatly helps in maintaining proper blood pressure.
Eating blandly and exclusively consuming vegetables for health may not be good for my body.
Therefore, eating salty foods in moderation also seems to be essential for maintaining a healthy body.
The second is to eat spinach and garlic.
These two vegetables are said to help maintain blood pressure.
Because the vitamins in these two vegetables help improve blood circulation and maintain proper blood pressure, eating them regularly is said to be good for blood pressure management.
So I eat a lot of spinach as a side dish and always eat garlic when I consume meat, trying to maintain my health.
Additionally, when exercising, there is also a method of not exercising immediately but taking sufficient rest before working out.
Since exercising immediately can strain the body, taking proper rest upon waking and then exercising can be very helpful in managing orthostatic hypotension.
Instead of exercising immediately, let's remember to rest before working out for the sake of our bodies.
Fainting can be dangerous, and orthostatic hypotension, which occurs during fainting, can pose a significant risk to our body.
Therefore, to prevent that point, let's practice preventive methods to avoid orthostatic hypotension and work together for a healthy life.
