Overcoming depression after retirement testimonial
My husband retired after 35 years of working.
There have been ups and downs over the long years.

After retirement, I exercised and spent my time doing various tasks like bank work and other things I didn't know before.

These days, I think I sleep for at least 4 hours straight without waking up in the middle.
My digestive ability has also recovered significantly, so I can now consume animal proteins as well...
