Cause of fainting - a story about fainting from being too hot

Let's explore the causes of fainting, the story of how I collapsed, and the history leading up to the hospital visit.

 

Since it's summer right now, it's very hot, and I feel exhausted and weak, so I think that's why.

It was a day when I had various errands to run, so I walked a total of ten thousand steps during the daytime and then walked home.

I think it was around 3 PM at that time.

But you know what? When it's really, really hot, right after you get home and press the elevator or front door code, the heat reaches its peak lol. Your whole body feels like it's burning up.

I was almost home, entered the password, and went inside the house.

Suddenly, I started spinning! I fell forward and collapsed. I must have fainted right away.

Since I fainted as soon as I entered the house, my family had no chance to support me.

Fortunately, I was able to quickly regain my composure because I had family at home.

 

I think it was probably fainting caused by heat-related illness.

It was a time when the air conditioner at home was not turned on.

It's not that I didn't turn on the air conditioner, but it was just the time when it wasn't turned on.

It's hot outside and also hot inside the house, I think my body couldn't handle the stretch.

 

 

First, I gathered my senses and, just in case, went to the hospital the next day to have a blood test.

It was truly surprising and unfamiliar. I've never experienced such heat that I fainted and had a blood test, haha. Should I say I couldn't help but laugh?

 

Blood test results come out immediately.

Fortunately, there were no major issues, but since I have a weak constitution vulnerable to the heat, I was told to be especially careful during the summer.

 

Everyone, do not walk on extremely hot days. Especially, do not walk for more than an hour. At 3 PM.

I might faint... I'm so hot that I feel like collapsing, and I am someone who has personally experienced fainting from the heat.
