Since I was a teenager, my forgetfulness has been no joke.

As I get older, my forgetfulness has definitely worsened.

Am I possibly developing dementia? What should I do if I end up getting dementia?

Certainly, I don't think it's quite dementia yet...

However, I worry that if my brain isn't fully functioning, dementia could happen at any moment.

These days, due to various stresses related to dementia, it is said that it is also developing quite a bit in people in their 30s to 50s. It doesn't seem like a simple matter anymoreㅠ

I have been going to the gym again since July.

I always try to walk 10,000 steps, but it's not easy. So I try to exercise at the gym for more than an hour.

Quit smoking

Fortunately, I really hate cigarettesㅠ

Really everyone.... Let's quit smoking for our health!!!!!!!

 

Moderation in alcohol consumption

I usually drink alcohol about twice a month, maybe less. And I'm now trying to cut down on carbonated drinks. Sparkling water is actually pretty good!!!

 

Eating healthy food

I try my best to make and eat food.

I order takeout or do takeout about twice a week...;; haha I just can't help it...;;

I will try to reduce it to once a week!

 

brain exercise

The brain also needs exercise. Reading books, playing games, attending classes, learning new skills, picking up hobbies, etc!!!

You have your own brain exercise method, right?

I'm writing a diary! I'm currently reading a book.

And think positively a lot!!!

 

It's a healthy life that you know well but isn't easy to achieve~

But let's all start with small changes!!!!
