힘들게 운동을 하고 따뜻한 물로 씻고 난 후에 잠이 잘 오나 봐요. 전 오히려 힘들면 더 못자요..ㅠㅠ
(Helpful tip) When sleep is difficult, make your body work hard.
It wasn't to the point of insomnia that required medication treatment, where I couldn't sleep.
However, there were times when I couldn't sleep regularly.
I often stayed up all night with my eyes wide open and went to school or work.
I tried counting the transfers and even tasted the hot milk, but it was no use.
But I started to have deep sleep after exercising.
I had exercised before, but it was just walking quickly or riding a bicycle.
But I sleep well while doing weight training.
I'm not sure if this only works for me or if it will be effective for others as well.
It feels good to do weight training for about an hour, then take a warm shower, and go to bed.
I never fall asleep while watching TV, but sometimes I listen to music.
Music that makes me feel comfortable, not necessarily meditation music.
From now on, there are days when I can't sleep easily, but I never stay up all night with my eyes wide open.
