(Concern) I'm struggling because of plantar fasciitis.
While receiving new employee training at the company, I wore dress shoes and stood for over 10 hours a day, and at first my feet and calves swelled up, but eventually I couldn't even stand on my feet.
I went to the hospital and received treatment, and I was told I have plantar fasciitis. They performed extracorporeal shock wave therapy, checked the location with ultrasound, and gave me injections. So now, it’s not always painful, but I experience pain when stretching or moving my foot, after walking a lot, or when my body is tired.
On tiring days, my soles feel tingling.
It's okay when I take medication and get injections, but I'm worried about developing too much toleranceㅠㅠ The plantar fasciitis exercises I learned from the physiotherapy seem to help, but will they really improve a lot if I do them? It's very inconvenient in daily life.
