Ways to handle headaches in daily life.

Balancing work at the office, household chores, taking care of the children, and looking after my husband... On top of that, caring for my parents and communicating with friends and acquaintances—these countless daily struggles make me feel like I live with a constant headache. Sitting for long hours at work caused neck disc issues, which led to headaches, but stretching, using a neck pillow while sleeping, and getting neck massages helped me feel much better. Of course, when the pain was severe, I had to take headache medicines like Tylenol or Advil. For the neck pillow, a thin and long pillow like a bolster was best, and during neck massages, using Slum's comfortable neck care massage made me feel significantly better.

When I wake up in the morning feeling a heavy head as if a headache is coming, caffeine recharge is definitely the best. During hot days like these, I wake up with an iced Americano. The refreshing feeling after a cup of coffee is probably not just for coffee lovers. Sometimes, it's also good to add milk and enjoy it as a latte.

I believe that suffering from frequent headaches but trying to recover with less medication also helps with health.
