1. When you have a headache, try resting first.

3. Sleep.
Lack of sleep can cause tension headaches.
Getting enough sleep helps relax you and alleviates headaches.
4. Do aerobic exercise.
Poor blood circulation leads to a lack of oxygen and nutrients, causing headaches. Aerobic exercise through full-body workouts can help.
Do not sit in the same posture for too long.
Bending the desk legs or maintaining a poor posture can hinder blood circulation and cause headaches, so please change your posture frequently.
Perform muscle relaxation exercises.
Headaches that occur without any other abnormalities are likely to be psychosomatic headaches.
Relaxing the body and mind through muscle relaxation exercises can help with headaches.
When you have a headache, first find out the cause.
