I think the most common cause in modern society is stress.

Work-related stress from the workplace

Academic stress from school life

Parenting stress from raising children

Stress from marriage and childbirth

There are countless stresses, such as guitar and others.

Headaches caused by that reason~~ㅠㅠ

I will look into ways to cope.

1. When you have a headache, try resting first.

If you think too much, your mind can't rest.

Just clearing your mind can be helpful.

 

Press the blood vessels on the forehead.

Just placing a cold towel on your forehead or tying up your hair can help.

 

3. Sleep.

Lack of sleep can cause tension headaches.

Getting enough sleep helps relax you and alleviates headaches.

 

4. Do aerobic exercise.

Poor blood circulation leads to a lack of oxygen and nutrients, causing headaches. Aerobic exercise through full-body workouts can help.

 

Do not sit in the same posture for too long.

Bending the desk legs or maintaining a poor posture can hinder blood circulation and cause headaches, so please change your posture frequently.

 

Perform muscle relaxation exercises.

Headaches that occur without any other abnormalities are likely to be psychosomatic headaches.

Relaxing the body and mind through muscle relaxation exercises can help with headaches.

 

When you have a headache, first find out the cause.

Let's create a pain-free life with appropriate treatment methods. I believe that communicating with good people and sharing emotional pain will also improve the quality of life.
