How to get rid of headaches.. migraines.. you need to get a good night's sleep.

I am a person who works according to a rotating schedule of day and night shifts. When a colleague takes vacation in the middle, I have to fill in that position, which makes for a very tough shift. After finishing the night shift and going into the day shift, I find it hard to fall asleep during the daytime. This vicious cycle continues, and since I can't sleep, I start to get migraines. I watched YouTube videos about getting restful sleep and even went to the hospital to get medication, which has helped me now. Still, I think it’s important to see a doctor, get a prescription, and create an environment conducive to good sleep.     맞아요. 저도 잠을 잘 못 자면 머리가 아프고 집중도 안 되더라고요. 심하면 정말 두통까지 오더라구요. 숙면은 정말 건강의 기본인 것 같습니다. 약처방 받는 것도 좋은 방법인 것 같아요
