How to get rid of headaches...migraines...you need to get a good night's sleep.

I work a day and night shift. It's a grueling schedule, with coworkers having to fill in for their vacations. After the night shift, I tried to sleep during the day, but it was hard to fall asleep during the day. This vicious cycle continued, and I started getting migraines because I couldn't sleep. I started watching YouTube videos about sleep aids and going to the hospital to get medication, and now I'm feeling better. However, I think it's important to see a doctor, get a prescription, and create an environment conducive to a good night's sleep.     맞아요. 저도 잠을 잘 못 자면 머리가 아프고 집중도 안 되더라고요. 심하면 정말 두통까지 오더라구요. 숙면은 정말 건강의 기본인 것 같습니다. 약처방 받는 것도 좋은 방법인 것 같아요
