He is currently a second-year middle school student.
When I was in elementary school, I was prescribed cold medicine and applied a bronchodilator patch before going to bed. Since then, my arm muscles have twitched vigorously for three days.
It seems it was a side effect of the medication~ Even though it was the same medication I always took, side effects appeared.
I remember that at that time, I stopped taking medication, drank water frequently, and my child struggled for three days straight.
At the hospital, they just told me to drink plenty of water since there's nothing else they can do until the effects of the medication wear off.
Even after that, if I take the medication, my leg or thigh muscles twitch intermittently.
So I feel very anxious when giving medication.
It's good to see a doctor when experiencing tremors, but most of the time I haven't received proper treatment because I just thought muscle twitches at night were normal during sleep.
However, even though I didn't take the medication the day before yesterday, the child says that their thigh muscle is twitching.
Since the only thing I could do was massage, I worked hard to knead it, but it didn't stop easily.
I don't know why my muscles are twitching.
And I don't even know which department I should go to for treatment.
Please help. Is there anyone whose muscles twitch like my child? How should we treat it?
