I experienced my first dizziness about three years ago.
After running briefly to catch the bus, the world started spinning around me. It lasted about five minutes, to the point where it was hard to put my foot down.
And not long after, once again
Time is less than a minute, and I feel dizzy compared to the beginning.
I went to the ENT clinic for a check-up, and they said everything is fine.
I have symptoms about once a month afterward, so I also had a brain CT scan, but there was nothing abnormal.
But I still have symptoms now.
It's not often or for a long time.
Is this for going to the bathroom in the restroom?
Did you bring the groceries from the first floor to the third floor?
It seems that when we exert effort, it's usually not something as great as a big force, but rather something like this.
Lately, I often squat down and then stand up, so I wonder if this is orthostatic hypotension.
I'm 고민ing about which treatment I should receive.
