I want to improve my memory.

I came to accept that physical changes after pregnancy and childbirth are inevitable.

It is natural to accept that my stomach is protruding, my hair has become weak and breaking, and I often sigh multiple times while looking at the hair fallen on the floor when I comb my hair.

However, my memory, which is interfering with my daily life, is the biggest problem.

My actions just now, when I opened the refrigerator door and tried to take something out but stopped.

My car after parking in the lot, doing my business, and then wandering around for a while because I couldn't remember where I parked, finally found my car.

Seeing myself unable to find the car keys and eventually taking a taxi to work, I feel momentarily flustered but start to feel scared.

Methods to improve memory around us include reading and note-taking, which I am capable of doing regularly, though not every day, but I wonder if these methods will truly help maintain my memory well.
