A really simple but the best insomnia tip for me~



I used to have severe insomnia.
I'm still young in age at the hospital.
It's better not to prescribe sleeping pills right from the start.
He said he would be happy with moderate exercise and diet therapy.
They said they would try to solve it.
But it turns out that it's not as easy to resolve as it sounds.


I am quite sensitive and have a lot of miscellaneous worries and concerns.
I think I have insomnia because of my many personalities.
I know the cause, but it's a problem I can't solve on my own...ㅠ
Insomnia is often said to be good for the internet.
Drinking warm milk or tea
A warm shower or stretching
Try placing an onion by your bedside, etc.
I really tried various methods, but it didn't work.
It was the worst-case scenario...
I drank alcohol to fall asleep... and as it repeated, I gained weight.
It was the beginning of the vicious cycle..ㅠㅠ

I decided I couldn't go on like this, so I completely stopped drinking.
I have started dieting~~!!
Insomnia gradually developed over the course of a year while dieting.
It gets better, you know~?
I didn't do anything special, so I wonder why.
What I felt~~!!

A moderate hunger~~!! It was a slight fasting.
And along with calming music to keep you from thinking about other things~!!
Having only one meal, I eat rice around 3 to 4 PM.
I ate it, and strangely, I usually don't have trouble sleeping.
I start to feel sleepy after 10 o'clock.
It was so fascinating~
Then I immediately played music and lay down haha

If you're very hungry, you can't sleep again.
It's hard to fall asleep even when I'm very busy.

Just the right amount of fasting sensation~~!!!
It's a really simple and trivial matter!!!
What kind of a great tip is this?!!! You might think so, but
These are the best tips that helped me overcome insomnia~~!!!

Of course, whether it only works for me.
People who don't know but have tried everything due to insomnia
I think it would be good to give it a try.
Take care of your health and resolve your insomnia, and even more so.
