The reason I've been walking barefoot these days is because of it.

As someone who experiences cold feet in all four seasons

Even in summer, I always had to wear thick socks, and poor blood circulation caused me to frequently get cramps in my legs at night, leading to constant sleep deprivation and fatigue. Although those around me said that walking barefoot was good, there was no such path nearby, and I had to drive.

It was so boring to go.

By chance, I was walking along the trail next to the apartment...

Since there are many people walking barefoot, I also started walking along without hesitation.

After repeating like this for a day or two, ...

Really, through acupressure, blood circulation improved, making my feet warm and helping me sleep soundly at night.

I wake up feeling refreshed in the morning. There are even studies suggesting a connection to sleep improvement.

Is it really true? Haha

Walking barefoot is considered a natural healing method for the body.

Reduce the stress that comes out (lower cortisol levels) and eliminate oxidative stress (antioxidant action).

Help improve blood circulation

Additionally, by stepping barefoot on the ground without shoes, it encourages the use of many ligaments and muscles.

Prevent ankle and foot injuries and the soles of flat feet.

We strengthen the arch.

The foot has thousands of nerves and tens of thousands of nerve endings.

Consistently referring to it as the second heart that is distributed.

Activating nerves to enhance the function of organs

Please try practicing barefoot walking once.
