(Concern) Is having trouble sleeping also a neurological issue?

Should I say my days and nights have switched? Four hours a day?

It seems like I sleep about 5 hours. The sleeping time.

After passing dawn and the morning sun rises, I only fall asleep around 7 o'clock, and then I wake up before 10, 11, or 12 o'clock.

As a result, work doesn't go well, and I feel like I'm in a daze.

I think I will repeat again in the evening. I wonder if I will sleep in the evening.

If I go to bed early and get enough sleep, but even if I fall asleep at 10 PM

Sleep for another hour, wake up, and sleep until morning.

The defendant says they can't sleep even though they are tired.

I stay awake for 22 hours out of 24, then sleep for 4 hours and wake up with bloodshot eyes.

High tide has become a blind eye, so it's a one-eyed view.

If you're having a really hard time, I told you to go to the hospital and get a sleep aid. I once had a prescription from a pediatrician about two days when I was a child and had trouble sleeping day and night.

I received it, but I fixed it in just one day.

I think the issue is mental strength.

Which hospital should I go to these days?

    불면증인가봐요. 저도 30대때 애들 독박육아로 키우다보니 새벽에 깨서 그냥 밤새운적이 너무 많아요. 운동하고 해많이 받고.. 너무 힘드시면 요즘은 병원들 가더라구요
