(Concern) Headache

My groom has been taking two tablets of Tylenol every day for a week, claiming to have headaches. Sometimes he experiences migraines, so taking 2-3 doses of Tylenol would relieve it. But the other day, he said it didn't seem like a migraine anymore, and he felt a headache all over his head for the first time, so he decided he should see a doctor. If it were a cerebrovascular disease, he wouldn't be able to live normally now (he already fainted), but he is still going about his daily life. Still, after a famous actor suddenly passed away last year, I am more cautious about headaches and brain diseases. For those who suffer from headaches like this, are they prepared to get an MRI or CT scan and should they go straight to a university hospital? Or would it be better to go to a general hospital?
