Panic disorder symptoms experienced with sudden anxiety and breathing changes

I experienced symptoms of panic disorder due to anxiety that struck without warning.

I gradually alleviated the symptoms of panic disorder through breathing control and counseling.

Currently, I am managing my panic disorder symptoms on my own through lifestyle management.

At first, I thought it was just simple tension.

My heart started beating fast when I went to crowded places or unfamiliar environments.

As my breathing became increasingly rapid and I felt a tightening sensation in my chest, my anxiety grew for no reason at that moment.

In particular, panic disorder symptoms appeared more severely in spaces that are difficult to escape from, such as elevators or buses.

As my hands broke out in a cold sweat and I felt dizzy, I felt like I wanted to just collapse right there.

When I first experienced it, I didn't know what it was, so it felt like even greater fear.

As this experience repeated itself a few times, going out itself started to feel like a burden.

I started avoiding crowded places out of fear that symptoms might reappear, and naturally, my range of activity has decreased.

I felt a little relieved after hearing through counseling that my current condition could be symptoms of a panic disorder.

Since then, I have consistently practiced slow breathing control and methods to relieve tension.

When symptoms started to rise, I could feel the panic disorder symptoms gradually subside if I focused on my breathing.

I also learned that lack of sleep or accumulated stress makes symptoms of panic disorder appear more easily.

So these days, I am trying to maintain a consistent schedule of sleep and rest.

The frequency has definitely decreased compared to the beginning, and the intensity has become much weaker than before.

It hasn't completely disappeared, but I feel it is a significant change in that it can respond on its own.

Through this experience, I learned that it is important to understand and manage the symptoms of panic disorder rather than hiding or enduring them.

I am currently monitoring my physical condition and trying to respond proactively before panic disorder symptoms arise.

As I gradually return to my daily life, my confidence is also recovering.

My goal is to continue managing my panic disorder symptoms stably through consistent care.

처음 겪을 땐 많이 무섭고 막막했을 것 같은데, 조금씩 나아지고 있다니 다행이에요.
지금처럼 천천히 관리해 나가다 보면 더 편안해질 날이 올 것 같아요.
