Lately, my workload has increased at work, and I'm finishing work late, which is hard and makes my body tired.
When I get home, I get hungry and stressed out, so I end up eating a lot.
And I don't lie down right away, I do some housework here and there and fall asleep around 2 AM.
Many of my employees left, so I kept thinking about whether I should quit or not, and I often had a hard time sleeping.
That's why I've been talking in my sleep for days and crying in my dreams ㅠㅠ
I'm wondering if I should really give up on work at times like this.
Could you give me some advice?
