A review of preventing cerebral infarction through regular exercise and health management.

A few years ago, I went straight to the hospital because I had severe numbness and hearing loss in one arm, along with a strange paralysis. At the time, I was a bit slurred, and since there was a history of stroke in my family, I underwent both a CT scan and an MRI, and they warned me to be on the lookout for a stroke. At the time, I had high blood pressure and was overweight, so to prevent a stroke, I exercised regularly, lost weight, and quit smoking completely.

Cerebral infarction occurs when blood supply to the brain is suddenly cut off. Symptoms of cerebral infarction can vary from person to person, but commonly include paralysis on one side of the body, speech and language difficulties, facial paralysis, sensory disturbances, and vision problems.

To prevent stroke, I consistently exercised and lost weight, focusing on aerobic exercise. I didn't enjoy exercise, so it was difficult, but I lost a lot of weight through active swimming, which helped prevent stroke. I also quit smoking completely to prevent stroke. My family supported me, as my health and lifestyle habits can increase my risk of stroke.

I also took health functional foods that help prevent cerebral infarction. First, I consistently take Nutricore's Coenzyme Q10 supplement, as it helps regulate blood pressure, prevents aging, and supports vascular health, as well as boosting immunity and controlling blood sugar levels.

I also took Dr. Ave.'s Choles Home Run to prevent cerebral infarction. High blood sugar levels typically lead to high cholesterol levels, and when cholesterol adheres to blood vessel walls, the narrowing of the walls leads to high blood pressure. Therefore, I was recommended Dr. Ave.'s Choles Home Run, which comprehensively manages blood sugar, blood pressure, blood flow, and cholesterol. I believe it helps prevent cerebral infarction and has other benefits. I will continue to strive to prevent cerebral infarction.
