A review of lifestyle changes to prevent insomnia

These days, I've noticed a lot of people around me struggling with insomnia. Seeing people around me struggling with insomnia, their quality of life diminishing, has taught me the importance of preventing insomnia. So, to prevent insomnia, I take a nutritional supplement containing melatonin and maintain lifestyle habits that improve sleep quality.

 

First, to prevent insomnia, I consistently took a nutritional supplement containing melatonin. As we age, melatonin production declines and it becomes more difficult to produce enough, making insomnia more likely. So, among the highly rated and widely consumed products, I chose Good Night Plus, which contains plant-based melatonin. This product was particularly beneficial because it's made with ingredients extracted from just 1kg of tart cherries, a 5,000kg harvest. Furthermore, with a high melatonin content of 2.578mg per serving, I believe it's effective in preventing insomnia. I also recommend Dr. Lin's plant-based melatonin, Melabain, as it hasn't caused any adverse effects.

 

Second, to prevent insomnia, I decided to manage my tension and stress, and chose meditation and yoga. As I gradually increased my time focused solely on myself, I found myself relieving tension and helping prevent insomnia. To combat insomnia, I also reduced my commitments and focused on quiet rest to combat the stress from interpersonal relationships.

 

Third, to prevent insomnia, I tried to maintain my circadian rhythm. I went to bed between 11 p.m. and 11 p.m.

I kept my sleep schedule at about half the normal daily amount. And since I heard that looking at my phone in bed interferes with a good night's sleep, I turned my phone off while I was sleeping to prevent insomnia.

 

Since insomnia makes it difficult to carry out daily life, I plan to continue taking these nutritional supplements and maintaining basic sleep quality improvement lifestyle habits.
