I can't stop walking in cold weather, so I've been consistently walking 10,000 steps. Occasionally, I get a severe headache at the back of my head, which is concerning, so I'm asking this question. I've heard that cold weather can cause headaches due to poor blood circulation, so I always wear a hat and keep it loose while walking, but I still get a headache at the back of my head every now and then. I don't have any high blood pressure. Has anyone else experienced this?
