Another cause of migraines is said to be the sudden constriction and expansion of cerebral blood vessels. Magnesium is said to help treat migraines by calming the nervous system and normalizing vasoconstriction. So I bought magnesium and took it every day.

In addition, to combat the stressors that trigger migraines, I've tried to reduce my phone and computer use and get plenty of sleep. In particular, I never look at my phone or computer for two hours before bed.

After about six months of this, I started to feel my migraines getting better, and now they're practically gone. So I plan to continue this lifestyle.
