목디스크 있어서 저린거면 완전히 치유가 되는 건 아니고 통증만 좀 줄었다가 또 심해지고 그래요. 꾸준한 치료와 운동 해주셔야 해요;;; 저도 목디스크로 고생중입니다
Recently, I experienced severe arm pain (arm numbness) and received treatment from a neurology specialist.
They say that the arm pain is due to a herniated disc in the neck and tennis elbow.
After receiving physical therapy and taking four days' worth of medication, the pain disappeared.
This morning, when I woke up, my arm was a little sore again.
I'm thinking I should go back to the hospital again.
