실신은 아직 한번도 안 해봤는데 여러번 겪으셨다니 힘드실거 같아요
I would like to share my experience of experiencing fainting symptoms.
I've experienced brief moments of memory loss and fainting—that is, fainting—a few times in my life. I'd like to tell you about one of those moments.
Experiencing fainting symptoms made me realize that it is important not to neglect your health on a daily basis.
One day, I went to the hospital because I wasn't feeling well. But then all of a sudden, I started having trouble breathing and was sweating profusely all over my body. I didn't know at the time that this was a symptom of fainting.
At first, I thought it was because I came into a warm room, but my fainting symptoms gradually worsened, and my vision went white and I couldn't see. At the same time, my consciousness was gradually fading... Fortunately, I was at the hospital, so several nurses nearby ran to me and gave me first aid.
In that situation where I opened my eyes after fainting, the first thing I experienced was that my whole body was drenched in sweat, and the nurse was urgently measuring my blood pressure and sugar level.
I was given an IV to improve my fainting symptoms and came back to my senses, but when I think back on that day, fainting and fainting symptoms were really scary.
Not only that, I also have orthostatic hypotension, which causes syncope when the vasomotor reflex becomes unstable or abnormal. It frequently happens when I suddenly stand up from lying down or from sitting, and it's quite a struggle.
I experienced fainting, but fortunately, after lying down or resting for a while, my condition stabilized... I really don't want to experience the sudden palpitations, dizziness, nausea, and blackouts that come with fainting ever again. Since I haven't had any specific medical conditions since, I think it's important to manage it well in daily life.
If you are wearing clothes that are not too tight and you experience fainting symptoms, it is important to go to the hospital immediately or rest to help your body's blood flow.
