I'm not sure when the migraines started, but I think I've been suffering from them for at least a year.
A few months ago, I took headache medication at the hospital and didn't have pain for a while, but suddenly it started hurting again.
I'll let you know my symptoms so you don't think I'm not feeling well because of my age.
First, my left head is throbbing. Sometimes the pain is so severe that I feel like collapsing, and my lower abdomen is very cold.
My feet feel cold and I vomit every day. I feel a little better only after throwing up everything I ate.
Because of a migraine, I couldn't speak well, my words got jumbled, and sometimes I was in so much pain that I fell down the stairs.
Why is this happening to me? It hurts when I move, it hurts when I exercise, and I think my friends find me strange, so it's stressful.
They say the cause of migraines is stress, but no matter how much I try not to be stressed, everything feels like stress.
Where should I go for the hospital and how to improve migraines, what to do when it's very painful, please tell me all the methods I can do right now.
