I cured my insomnia by changing my eating and lifestyle habits and taking nutritional supplements.
Around the end of last year, I started having trouble sleeping at night. I thought it would get better on its own, but I let it go. Eventually, my insomnia worsened. So, I changed my eating and lifestyle habits, took supplements, and tried to treat it for a while. As I continued, my condition gradually improved, and my insomnia was finally cured.
Insomnia can have a variety of causes, and it's said that depression and anxiety can also trigger it. In my case, I think these psychological conditions contributed significantly to my insomnia. At the time, I was in a difficult psychological state due to the stress of my job.
When I actually started having insomnia, life became two or three times more difficult. So, I started researching and buying supplements to treat my insomnia. People around me recommended melatonin if I had trouble sleeping. So, I bought a melatonin supplement and took it every day. Melatonin is said to be effective in treating insomnia, improving the quality and duration of sleep.
And since I was a little anxious about taking just one supplement, I also purchased and took an L-theanine supplement to treat my insomnia. L-theanine is said to be effective in treating insomnia by increasing alpha waves in the brain, relieving tension and reducing anxiety, contributing to psychological stability. Clinical trials have also shown that L-theanine promotes longer and deeper sleep, making it a definitively effective nutrient for insomnia.
In addition to taking supplements, I also made changes to my eating and lifestyle habits, such as quitting coffee and smoking, taking an hour-long walk a day, and hiking on weekends. As a result, my insomnia symptoms gradually disappeared. Having experienced the terrifying effects of insomnia, I'm determined to continue taking good care of my health.
