    플랭크처럼 생긴 동작인데.
    막상 해보면 중심 못 잡는 사람은 티가 확 나요.
    선생님이 손으로 눌러주면서 자세 잡아주니까.
    진짜 몸이 길게 펴지는 느낌 들더라고요.
