They said it's not rheumatoid arthritis, and I suffered for several years.
The pain relief injection was probably a steroid injection, right? I endured it with that injection.
I was diagnosed with trigger finger syndrome about a year ago.
Specialized surgical hospitals say that surgery is necessary, while non-specialized hospitals say that surgery is not required.
After visiting here and there, I only become more confused.
The pain is so severe right now that my quality of life has dropped significantly, and I think I need surgery. I'm unsure whether I should use the medication as much as I can before surgery or if I should have the surgery as soon as possible.
Most doctors say that way, but rather than saying it will be okay after surgery, they mention that there could be pain even after the procedure. There are potential side effects. What should I do??? If anyone around me has had surgery for trigger finger syndrome, I am very curious about their reviews.
How much pain relief do you experience after surgery? If the relief is minimal, I would prefer non-surgical treatment.
