My recommended multivitamin is Osmo Immun.

Actually, I've always known about Centrum when it comes to multivitamins, and I've been taking Centrum until now. Recently, I learned about Otsomol, and it looked very premium. Someone said it's like the Hermès of the vitamin world, haha. Curious, I decided to buy and try Otsomol Immun. It was quite expensive.

There are two items: a liquid form and a pill. I put the pill in my mouth and took it together with the liquid, which is quite concentrated. So I added more water to dilute and drink it. Maybe it's just my imagination, but I feel a bit more energized. Haha

I also tried buying and taking ImVita, which is similarly available in liquid and tablet forms, and honestly, both were quite good. The liquid form of Osmo was more concentrated, so it felt like I was consuming something more condensed.

Anyway, after considering everything, I think I will continue to take Ostomol if I buy it again. The ingredients are good, but the feeling after taking it is the best.
