Konkuk University I’m Vita, which I eat because I like it.
Vitamins and supplements that I wouldn't take even if they were given to me when I was young
But right now, I can't eat even if I get it. This habit is really scary; I keep it right next to my bed, and even though water is nearby, opening that lid isn't easy. My wife really encourages me to try eating by giving me various supplements and vitamins. Currently, I only take them at least once every two days, and most of the time I realize I should take them only after seeing "vitamin-related posts" on cafes or communities here and there...
The reason I haven't developed a habit of taking vitamins is probably due to the lack of noticeable effects.
It is also written on the product case.
It is not a medication for the prevention or treatment of diseases, but merely a supplement to fill in nutritional deficiencies. Eating this does not necessarily mean you will become noticeably healthier or your body will improve. It is simply viewed as a way to supplement nutrients in case of insufficient intake. The only one I consistently take is Kumkangdang's I'm Vita.
Contains vitamins 1, 2, 6, 12 / biotin, pantothenic acid / folic acid, 5 types of vitamins, and 8 types of minerals. Wow, that's a lot. Since my wife recommends it, I'm taking it.
I'm familiar with the Kumkangdang company as well.
I eat with hope that it will fill the lacking something rather than doubting the unseen effects.
